Florence Mugisha, Charles’ wife, has a big heart for the women of Rwanda. The New Life Family Center is her dream. Each year, 70 women sign up for the vocational training program offered through the New Life Family Center in an effort to learn a trade, such as tailoring, that will help them support their families. In addition to vocational training, the New Life Family Center teaches the women about God and counsels them. Many of these women are widowed and many are HIV positive. Each woman has a story of great suffering. Fortunately, the New Life Family Center offers them an opportunity to heal, to grow and to find hope.

The New Life Family Center is located in Kigali on the Dream Center campus. In addition to providing vocational training, the New Life Family Center operates a store where sponsors can purchase items hand-made by the women for their sponsored children.
